The membership I'd like requires activation on-site, how can I be prepared?


Certain fitness partners may necessitate on-site activation, enabling you to effortlessly enroll in a membership, finalize necessary paperwork, and commence your workout—all in a single visit!

If you are interested in purchasing a membership to any of the below facilities, you will need to activate a membership on-site.
  • Anytime Fitness
  • City Sports Club
  • Esporta Fitness
  • LA Fitness
What do you need to bring with you? Please bring your Member ID and a photo ID to activate your membership.

The staff will enter in your Member ID as your new identification number and be able to set-up your membership seamlessly.


TRANSFERRING MEMBERS: If you are transferring an existing membership to one of the facilities listed above from a previous fitness benefit program to FitOn Health, please follow the same steps above to set-up your membership under FitOn Health.
