How to Sign-up for your Medicare FitOn Health Account

Learn how to sign-up online and begin using your FitOn Health (formerly Peerfit Move) benefit today!

To sign up online please follow the instructions below or watch this video:

 

Note: If you already signed up over the phone and haven't yet accessed your account online, please call our customer service team at (855) 378-6683 so we can assist you with converting your account to an online account.


Go to fitonhealth.com/register

Next you'll be presented with a screen where you'll enter your email address and set a password to create your account.

Helpful Tip: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character (#, !, etc).


Ensure you check the box to accept our legal agreements, prior to clicking "Next."

On the next screen, you'll enter your first & last name, date of birth, and zip code which must match what is on file with your Medicare plan. Click "Submit."

Note: If your information doesn't match, there are a few items to check:

  • Moved recently? Try the zip code from your previous address.
  • Remember to use your legal name or the name you're insured under.
  • Double check the date of birthday format: MM/DD/YYYY
