We're still buzzing from last week's Thrive Summit! The week was filled with everything we love about this community — real conversations, shared energy, and a genuine reminder of why this work matters. A Moment to Recharge with FitOn Health

We hosted a live meditation session on the event floor with FitOn instructor DeAndre Sinette — and the energy in the room said it all.

In a room full of people who spend their days thinking about employee health, actually stopping to breathe together was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. DeAndre has a unique ability to make mindfulness feel accessible and immediate — not something you schedule for later, but something you do right now. Phones went down. Shoulders dropped. The energy shifted.
