San Diego delivered. The 2026 Conference Board Employee Health Care Conference brought together some of the sharpest HR and benefits minds in the country — and FitOn Health was proud to be in the room.

The exhibit floor

The best part of any conference
After the sessions wrapped, we headed to the Museum of Illusions with the teams from Carrot, Personify Health, and Headspace for a night of fun.
If you haven't been, it's exactly what it sounds like: an interactive space full of mind-bending exhibits, optical illusions, and plenty of moments that made for great photos and even better laughs. Getting out of the conference setting and spending real time with people — no agenda, no slides — is always one of the best parts of a week like this. Good people, good energy, and a space that made it impossible not to have fun.
